KAKO Farms Ltd, located near Drake,
Saskatchewan, Canada is a family farm operated by Jan & Keith
Kabernack and two teenage
sons, Steven and Adam. We live on a quarter section where
we raise our purebred, percentage registered and commercial Boer
and Nubian goats. We also have a few dairy does which
helps with upping the milk production in our crossbred does.
KAKO Farms' primary goal is to raise quality
breeding stock for our customers and raise thick meaty kids for
market.
Jan is a member of the Saskatchewan Goat
Breeders Association, Canadian Meat Goat Association and the
Canadian Goat Society.
As well as our goats, we also breed and sell
registered Yorkshire Terrier and Yorkshire/Shihtzu cross
puppies. At present, for breeding, we have two registered
Yorkie females and one registered male and two Shihtzu females.
